Noticed a reoccurring charge on my VISA each month on the 22nd, and I didn't authorize the charge. Then checked back statements and saw the same charge for over a year. I guess I thought it was a medical co-pay or something and didn't investigage. Notified my credit card to stop payments and sent in a fraud form for Sept. & Oct. and got credit for those...but now in Nov. stmt. I see the charge once again. How do I stop this scam?
