I recieved my gold packet through Inbox dollars...I sent Prestige a few of my vaulable pieces, gold and diamonds, they sent me a check for $5.00 after I recieved that sorry offer I sent it back within the 10day time frame they give you to recieve a new offer or your items back and I got neither. I have been calling for months speacking to John, who claims he is just in the call center and that email is the only quick way to contact the management. i have sent numberous emails only to recieve 2 responds stating they were sending me a new offer, that was over 5 months ago, and I haven't hear from them since. I called last week and the 800 number is not even in service anymore. I'm going to sue them.
