This company COMODO GeekBuddy continues to harass me even though I have told them via writing and phone call that I do not want or need their technical support services. And when I am working, typing, reading, etc. their ads pop up and I must stop what I am doing and click the ad off as my computer FREEZES and they lie, saying I have "multiple issues" or "security issues around malware" and all kinds of lame excuses. I have MICROSOFT which just ran a complete and full scan of my computer, 2 hours and 2 million "issues' later my computer is completely clean. And today I had an AT&T technician come to my home and install a new outside line and he also checked my computer and said all is well. I do not need COMODO GeekBuddy and it is holding me back from doing my computer work. Their marketing tactic is blackmail, and I have submitted a lengthy letter along with their other survey questions. Anyone else have a problem with this company?
