I purchased what I thought to be a quality DVD movie called Bluegrass, with Cheryl Ladd. The packaging looked great, but the sound was so bad it could not be understood. I notified vermontmoviestore and they sent me a replacement promptly. The replacement was just as bad with the same problem. Once again I notified them, but this time they want me to pay to ship the two copies back to them and once they receive them they will give me a refund. It's not worth the shipping to send them back for a refund. They should send me a prepaid shipping label. It's not my fault the DVD's they sent me were of poor quality.
