I purchased x2 pairs of sneakers and have been sent wrong sizing. I got no invoice receipt or wmail to confirm purchase, no receipt in parcel or any contact info of any kind to get the order fixed or to even try and buy another pair and to check i had ordered right the first time. All information was gone. I only have the address on parcel and no company name. These were xmas gifts for my family and now useless to us and im out of pocket.
