In October I made two purchases through facebook, a women's bag on PRADA page (prada 13A786leather tote in blue) and two robes on newChic.
The two orders were paid with my barklaycad on 10/8/2016 and 10/9/2016 and the amounts were debited on the card on 10/10/2016 (€ 87.68 and € 49.75) with the Following identifications:
GBPAY * RB-ONLINESALE 075590815006 CN.
I have not received any orders until today. I consider it to have been stolen until proof to the contrary which led me to cancel the card also on the advice of BARKLAYCARD.
What is the legal orientation that I should follow?
