I sent in my clean out bag with my selling items on 10/19/16, and according to the USPS Thredup received the bag on 10/24/16. Since then I have not heard anything from the company whether my items have been received, processed, or accepted. I contacted customer service with no response. I'd like to receive my items back in their original conditions.
