I have tried to buy things from ROK7.com. They were offering a good so i figuered i would give it a try i only spent 30 bucks. There customer service is horable, you can only talk to call center not the company that they take calls for, hold times to speak to someone is 40 min pluse most days, and they are very rude.
I never recived my products, they keep changeing the ship date on me and saying just wait. I finaly got fed up and say i just want a refund. They said that was ok but have never refunded my money and i had to file frd charges on them with my bank. Take my advise folks never do business with them!!!!
