Your account was canceled out when you called in on 11/14/16 for you not to be receiving monthly products and charges from us. However, there's no refund was processed, since you only mention for cancellation.
The above is totally ridiculous, most certainly a refund was requested. The agent #063 I spoke with on 11/14/14 at 7:38 a.m. kept talking over me as she was interested in selling me a product at a reduced price which I refused. It appeared to me that she was reading off a script and would not pause for a second to hear me out. On 11/14/16 it was exactly 14 days she claimed I had to cancel. I told her I did not want the product as I was still in the process of a trial period and as of that date 11/14 I still had not noticed any changes in my skin and I was not wanting the product until I could see some results and if and when I would place an order. This is so affair of this company. I am a victim of a fish and bait scam and would like to have my account credited.
