I had acquired a monthly massage membership for 1 hr massage at $49.99 a month. I was charged for a 2 hr massage fee at initial withdrawal from my checking account. I immediately informed the branch manager of the deduction not accurate to what I signed for. According to manager it was an erroneous deduction on their end due to my plan was typed as a 2 hr massage fee not the 1 hr I had signed for on their end. I wanted my membership and any future automatic deductions stopped right there and then. According to manager at office I would loose the 2 hr massage that I had already been charged for. I was instead placed on an account freeze and then my account could be canceled so that would not loose money already deducted. I had a family member who was included on plan to have massage done for the 2 hrs so that membership could be canceled. My family member could only do a 1 hr massage that time. An extra 1 hr was still on credit to my account. A massage that I have not scheduled for yet , but the company continues to charge my account even though I personally said to cancel account. I find this misleading and very untruthful to me the consumer. To pay for a service that has not been completed and to have funds continued to be deducted from me.
