I requested a sample of Wrinkle cream ...total cost of sample and shipping 9.90..of course they wanted it done by VISA.
Sample was sent.
On Nov. 3,'16, I was shocked to receive a 2nd bottle of Nuriva...I did not request it...only the sample which I had paid for.
Now Nov. 13,'16.. I got my VISA statement and see two charges that total $198.30..that is just shy of $100. per bottle.
There was no name of the shipping invoice on 2nd bottle. On the VISA statement it says Gentle Naturals Support@Gentl CA . There is no company that I can find that comes up on Google.. I called VISA... all they will do is send me a Dispute form...snail mail...not even email..????? I said that I would close this VISA...and get a new number on another one. She said that the charge would still be on the new one. HELP...HAS ANYONE DEALT WITH THIS BEFORE?
