Purchased free product sample for $4.95 no risk guarantee on 10/3/2016. Received product in a shipping bag, with no instructions as to how to use product. Also received no email confirmation which I thought was odd. Tried looking up product online again with no success. On 11/2/2016 I received another shipment and a charge of $99 to my account. I did not authorize this charge and I cannot get the company to accept return of the last shipment or a refund. This product states it is made in the USA and when I signed up for the trial it stated it was created/used by Cindy Crawford if I remember correctly. It has corn oil in the ingredients! And I am allergic to corn, therefore I don't want to slather the product all over my face. Now I will have to cancel my credit card so that they cannot charge it again and I am out the $99. Very frustrating and sad that companies think that it's ethical to scam customers.
