Purchased as a gift for my wife, which it turns out she did not want. Called Aurora WITHIN THE TRIAL PERIOD and told them I wanted to cancel.
The woman took down the information and said my account had been cancelled and that I would not be billed. The next month a bill for $89.77 showed up on my statement. When I called back they said they had NO RECORD OF MY CALL and that there was no way they could give a total refund.
Even though the product has NOT BEEN OPENED, the woman said that they would not take it back and that the best they could do was to issue a 35% refund. Never again!
