Just like all the rest I went to their website becuase other reviews said there instructions were quick easy and simple. Not so much. After downloading multiple files from redirected pages to other places on the web I set out to destroy my phone. Well thats harsh but it locked up as quick as you can say restart. Tech support sucked and was not 24/7 as advertised. More like 24 hours later. And it was very unhelpfull. I emailed them within a week saying I wanted to cancel since their service sucked and today I get en email saying they are going to bill me still.
