I recieved a phone call from a person saying that I took out an online payday loan in 2011 in the amount of $450. She threatened me with two felony counts of bank fraud and to have a sheriff come to my place of residence and have me arrested. I informed her that Ive never heard of this company, I have never gotten and correspondence from this company and that I didnt owe anyone money and she got rude with me. I did my research and called around to the payday loan places in my state after she would not provide me the name of the debtor and found out that in fact, I had no files against me. I called them back several times only to hear the same person answering the phone going by different aliases. When I informed them that I was going to my states attorney general and reporting them for fraud, she called me a bitch and hung up in my face.
