I thought I was getting a sample so to speak just paying the shipping. I have been charged a total of $517.36.I phoned the company and told them I would be sending everything back and expecting a refund.they said they would not refund. In the policy it states they will automatically send said items and I would be charged unless I inform them within 15 days that I don't want them. I must have missed that very important piece of information much to their favour.I told the operator I wanted to cancel it right now and all she wanted to do was sell me more at at discount. I argued for 20 minutes with that person until she finally gave me a cancellation number. I also put a block on my credit card. I am still trying to get my refund but not sure where to turn now.
