I ordered a product for $4.95 - nothing stated that they would then charge my account $79.68. I attempted to speak with a customer service representative and was told that if I didn't cancel before the 14th day then I was not eligible for a refund. I attempted to discuss this with a representative who continued to cut me off and stated that I had agreed to this - nothing is noted on the final receipt or business transaction details that was emailed to me. When I received the product there was no return label with an address on it to return. They tried again to charge my credit card on 10-20-16 and it was rejected since I put a hold on it.
