Lost receipt, so, bank is now formally refsing to search video tapes for daye range. Paid in 2 blie hundred dollar bills on credit card, but bank now has no record. In addition, staff and call center has been abusive toward me, whicj inclides jangin up on me and really and changing their position ( yes, have record of phone comversation, and now, no record whatsoever...)
