I bought a sitncycle bike that was 30 days free trial I paid 20 dollars just for the trial if I wanted to return the item before 30 days, I only had for 2 weeks, I decided to return it and they told me I have to pay for shipping it, they never told you or neither it is written anywhere that u need to pay for returning the item, I called the company about it and the supervisor was not willing to send me a return label and was very nasty
