Applied Online for a personal loan, a lady named Stephanie was kinda helping me but seem like she didnt so as of that bad service, said i was approved but i had to pay $900cdn for a coverage and then i will recieve my loan 2 days past nothing has been recieved, so i called back and confirmed. Then i was on hold for 15min. Then transfered me to a Manager named Dean said in order to recieve my loan i would have to get a full coverage for my loan which will be an extra $900cdn, so $1,800cdn just to get a loan. So i questioned how is this company still running when first of all customer service was really really awful no respect what so ever to customers and all i wanted was a loan bit seems to me they needed the loan from me instead of loaning it. Its been a few weeks now and still did not recieve my $900cdn back can someone help. And shut this company down.
