Booked 3 tix for 11/15 to 16/2011 from LAX to LVN for $9 fare. I knew there were going to be add-on fees, but then it got to be ridiculous when there was a charge for even a "carry-on" bag! One of my friends was in an auto accident and I had to cancel or reschedule to the trip. The fee to change or cancel is $125. That is outrageous. No where was in mentioned there would be a cancellation fee, or change fee when booking this flight, besides, who would ever think such a fee would be charged. I want my money back and I want this rip-off airline out of business!
