I placed an order for an FSU t-shirt from a Fan Authentics Facebook ad. I received an email from them on the same date confirming my order. When I had not received my order on 9/29 I called a number on the email confirmation. I got a message saying "this number is no longer in service". I went to their website and found a different number under "contact us". When I called I got a message that said "leave a message and we will call you back". I left a message and to this day, 10/19/16 I have not received a call back nor a response to an email I sent them on the same day. To date I have not received the shirt. The amount I paid was deducted from my bank account on 9/24/16. I researched Fan Authentic Reviews on google and there are hundreds of people that have been scammed by this company.
