I reached out to this company years ago because I didn't have a computer man to fix all the issues I was having with my computer. Not sure he really did anything, because, it never seemed to be any better. But now he keeps calling me, an Indian man, who I have trouble understanding, telling me my computer is sending error messages to their company and my computer will surely crash and I will lose all my important information if I don't call them right away to fix the issues. I have received at least a dozen calls, stating I got a contract and was supposed to be calling them every month for them to check for any problems. If I did receive such a contract, I have since thrown it away, since it was sometime in 2011. I don 't remember that I was supposed to call monthly, if that had been the arrangement, I would have cancelled before I ever got started with him. I have a brand new computer now, and they are saying the same thing about it, leaving me 2 and 3 messages daily for the past month or so. I contacted my current computer man, and he said it didn't sound right to him, & not to return the calls. Before I knew it was him, and did answer the phone, I told him, I no longer needed his services, and not to bother me any longer, but he continues calling.
