i ordered 3 nano banshee alarms which i did receive. However they were unsatisfactory and came no where like what they described. I tested one of them and the sound it gave out was much less than any whistles and alarms I already own. I've tried writing the company but have not received any reply from them. I definitely want to return the order which they say should be unopened. It is impossible to check the product out without opening the package. As I said earlier I wrote them as they do not have any listed phone number just an email address. I still have not received any reply to my letter to them.
