i bought this 2001 gmc yukon from joe the owner he had me sign 3 different times because the first contract he lied to me and did not give me a contract .i had to go back again the same thing happened another lie come back and i will give you the documents. no contract . third time i went back again the new contract had been drawn up and he said i all ready signed it all three time s he lied to me on the phone and i had to go back again. the sales guy harry just gave me a note saying these are the terms and come back withe another 1500 dollars . finally he calls me up and says the bank did not accept the offer and he was going to sue me for fraud and reposes the car . i called him back and argued with him . a month later the day before the payment of 245 dollars he said if he did not have the payment on the 245 he was going to reposes the car . i sent the payment because i did not want to loose my deposit and he never offered to give it to me back. until now i am stuck making payments he said he would send me a coupon book he never did and further conversations resulted in him ignoring my letter to him because he wanted to communicate via text or email he never did either.Now i have a letter from the agency telling me i am entitled to a refund because they could not cover the car for theft or damage. I told him that and he said he could give me the refund because its already in the contract and he cant redo the contract i would loos money or put i on the back of the loan to reduce the payment . i have been going through this and i do not have a contract yet he refuses to take back the car , last week he now tells me the contract is not valid come in and we will redo the contact . i also told him i cant find the contract could he please send me a copy he said yes but still has not done so. i need help to recover my money for this car and i do not trust him to make new contract s that are not valid and pay him 13% on a loan that is fraudulent. please advice me what do i need to do to get rid of this problem. thank you steve galvanm
