I ordered a promotional offer of Skin Glow beauty cream online for $6.95. 2 weeks later, I was billed $136.97US to my credit card, instead of $6.95. When I called to return the product, they said that they don't have a return policy. What is my problem? I am unable to use their product. Their product is unsatisfactory for their new price. They refused to give me their email address. They did give me a fax number to send in my complaint. 1 (303) 530-0771. I said to discontinue sending any more promotions and orders. No more ordering online for me!
