I was called from the Marriott Vacation program, with what was described to be a limited time offer with Exclusive options all over the world at any resort affiliated or owned by Marriott. As the over the phone conversation went on to aggree on a 2 vacation Deal, one with 4 person, one with 2 person, and 1 year to Book, with 60 day advance to Book so on and so forth.
I mentioned that they could send me the info in an email for review, and complete the transaction after our research.
They insisted to move over to payment process as there was a limited time offer.
I replied its unusual to give a credit card for purchase, without any visual documents to read?
I asked, what , where and when will I receive the vacation package Brochure to pick what vacation place we would want ?
They replied, You will receive an email within 30 minutes with all your information.
As the credit card and " the Recording " of our payment process was staticky, I could not hear the details , but I repeated over and over, that I could not hear the details clearly.
OK , Im on cell phone, it must be me. Ill call when I get home to sort this out.
I received the Credit card authorization Paper, Name on Company Heading " Priceless Times " ???
I returned the authorized card Paper as VOIDED
As I called Repeatedly, there was Representative, that Hung up on me twice, Left phone on the counter with nobody to come back to the phone, Busy Signals, & so on.
They still Charged My Card.
I Called, emailed, with no response, checked online for there reputation, called credit card, rejected this purchase within 12 hours the next morning.
I used a VISA to secure this purchase, as I always Depend on the insurance they provide as a benifit for Insurance & security.

We will Say VISA & I Will Be in court over this as they Did Shut Card DOWN, & Did not Dispute This charge as I Requested, and as they said they Did I would see the Reimbursement within 60 DAYS. Which I Will now Bring VISA to Court.
