I am very upset with Optumrx first they tried to ship me a med I had refused 4 times. Removed "pending" $250.00 from our account. Caused a overdraft which we eventually got back with a few phone calls. I removed my debit info from them twice during this fiasco. One week later the try to ship $750.00 worth of meds that I was transferring to walmart from them. Why the huge cost? It was too early! They had already shipped them 3 weeks earlier.
Optumrx is easy to talk to they just can't get it right. What part of I don't want my prescription from them do they not understand? Took my debit card info from them twice and they are still hijacking my prescriptions. Walmart can't fill them because optumrx is pending. Transfered everything to walmart but every time I get a new script sent to walmart I have to call them and get them to release it so I can get it filled
