My husband was employeed by Branson's Nantucket. He was not paid his commission's earnings since April 22, 2016-August 27, 2016 in full. He was only given partial wages and not in compliance with Mo Laws, namely stat.'s 290.110 & 290.080. The owner Kevin Knasel ignored my husbands repeated requests for his weekly due ledgers and requests to be paid in full his due earned wages. Mr. Knasel came to our house on Sept. 21, 2016 offering to "square up" and finally pay my husband in full conditionally "only if" he removed truthful comments made on line exposing Mr. Knasel & Branson's Nantuckets shady way of doing business that he claimed hurt his business. My husband told him that if he had made any comments online that he would not retract them for they were honest and correct information. Mr. Knasel said that he would personally investigate any improper business tactics that his manager's frank Blackateer and Larry Ainsworth were engaged in and get to the bottom of it. He also stated that he would personally collect my husbands property from his office that he had been denied getting upon termination and his requests for his personal property valued at $3,000.00 had been previously ignored. He assured myself and my husband that he would have his wages paid in full and all of his belongings returned to him on Friday, Sept. 23, 2016. Mr. Knasel did not keep his word and did not pay him in full or return a single bit of his property. He is a crook and as he stated to us in person on Sept. 21, 2016, his only interest is in protecting number one, in which he referred to himself in the third party as such one, Kevin Knasel. He and his company, Branson's Nantucket lie and scam their customers repeatedly and have ripped off many employees! Buyer beware! Future employees Beware! This business should be shut down for its illegal business practices!
