I paid for the shipping of 2 free trial products but didn't realize I was subscribing. Because I did not contact them in 14 days, written in hidden verbiage, they charged me $290 for the product samples they sent me. I called 3 times and they hung up on me. An obvious scam and they would not forward my complaint, saying that I had closed my account.
