Deceptive marketing practices and using two different names for the program Smart PC fixer and Lionsea. Loaded as a trial. I did not intend to enter beyond the trial because it did not perform as advertised. I was unable to clear my downloaded registry junk nor decrease my freezing. I was away from my PC for 3 days during the time I was sent a notice that the program was being renewed. I did nothing but participate in a trial. I have tried various of contacting this company to demand my money back to inform them I am making a complaint and want a credit back on my credit cared for the automatic renewal of $59.90 that I did not agree to. I am notifying my credit card company that I am disputing the charges.
