Freemilestransmission repaired my transmission and provided a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. I picked up vehicle from shop and drove 400 miles till transmission broke. Freemiles coordinated with another Shop and approved parts and labor under Freemiles warranty however when it came to pay the 2nd shop, Freemiles did NOT pay. In order to get my vehicle released from 2nd independent shop I had to pay for the repairs myself. I contacted Freemiles numerous times via phone and text and even faxed my paid receipt to them (per their request) and they still have not reimbursed me under their warranty.
