After signing the contract and returning home Apex Int’l Marketing did not follow through with the commitments of this program such as the basics: supporting documents. I tried contacting them by email and phone several times in January since payments should have started in February. A couple weeks later, Yolanda called and advised not to worry about the payment and that it should start in March and to expect the paperwork from a company in California. In February I received an email from Ketera that I should receive statements from Conrad Acceptance to make payments which will start in March. March came and still no documents from the company in California. I emailed and advised them that no documents received and with their poor service I just need my money back. I advised her with this delay and the lack of communication to cancel.
As of today, I have still not received any documents or statement from the so called "Conrad Acceptance”.
Just want my money back. They are thieves.
