I was emailed at work this morning at approximately 9:30 am MST by a person claiming to be from The Canada Revenue Agency insisting that I pay them two thousand plus dollars. When I asked why I had no prior knowledge of this they offered that the RCMP would be by to arrest me and hung up but I called back a few minutes later to record the phone number and the number given was (1-866-352-4156). This I take it is a fraudulent number and person. I hope you can trace it to the source. I also would like you to be aware that they claimed to have information about my tax account/history/etc. Thank you-Robert Vowel( you may contact me at ([email protected])
