Someone from Twin Bluff's collection department called me today and said I took out a payday loan in 2014 from them and never repaid it. First of all, I have never even heard of this company until today. They didnt even have my right address or my right bank that I do business with. I asked them to prove to me that I took this loan becaue I did not. The rep said she did not have the details of the loan. I told that is rediculous that she is calling me to collect a debt -one that I never took out mind you, and yet she can not even give me the amount or any paperwork showing I signed for anything. She said well good luck in court and hung up on me. This is nuts! These people should be charged with fraud trying to scam people like this! I know what debts I have or had in the past and this company is certainly not one of them.
