This company True telecom ie truetel should be renamed as liars incorporated ,tells you your bills for your phone will be the same as BT if you change service provider, DONT DO IT, they rip you of for service charges ie over 80p min and no matter how many times you ring there customer service there is never a record of your call and no one ever gets back to you, some of the employees are downright rude to you on the phone and charges are high they will put you on a high account ie business then add charges to your account you dont ask for and they will tell you they thought it would be good for you incase your phone line went wrong, over two years of this rubbish and they want you to pay to leave them.
