I bought Instaniche Pro & the Academy upsell but when I realised (within the money back guarantee period) that it was too advanced a product for me, an internet newbie, to handle I requested a refund. The support department offered me another product as an incentive to keep it. I thanked them, refused the offer and repeated the request for a refund but I haven't heard another word from them despite repeated requests. My advice: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
