I had a 7 day trial , but I called on the sixth day for cancellation of the account. I don't know the account name, but i did call to cancel. after the 7 day trial period was expired, I was charged the full monthly subscription price of $49.95. I called to dispute this charge but they only cancelled the reoccurring feature.
