I enlisted a service to transfer files, and then this "Resolv" guy gets on the line and tells me about their support services.

He did not tell me what to expect at the end of our one hour conversation. Then I called back and waited 20 minutes for a rep, then that service was not complete. Then I called again and that rep didn't complete or call me back as promised. Then I called again, on hold for 45 minutes. Now I can't get into the files I need and two computers are not fixed.

Bad promises and not good work.
