I was searching for cell phones in Alibaba.com
I received an email from Shenzhen Hexiangzheng fashion Electronics Technology Co., Ltd offering cheap cell-phones and other stuffs.
I ordered 1 pc and sent payment via bank transfer.
The phone that I ordered was never sent out, they say it is being held by China customs, but don't give me any proof of shipment and they ask me for $98 for the custom, which I never pay.
