I used titan buiding solutions to install pgt premier view windows and doors. they couldn't have been more persistent to get the job. the install went ok units the county inspected their work which did not pass inspection. that issue was resolved after the sales guy paid out of his pocket to fix the issue so he could get his commission check.

after a major crack in one of the sliding glass doors, titan referred the warranty work to pgt directly. the pgt tech also pointed out that none of the trim prices were installed so I really he'd put to titan again and again I haven't heard back from them about my trim pieces

now a different door was improperly installed and is coming apart at the frame. I called titan who blew me off with "we'll come out and look". that was 3 weeks ago so I called pgt to file a compliant against titan buiding solutions.

I wouldn't recommend titan buiding solutions to anyone. they kiss your butt to get the job and then disappear leaving you to deal with any amd all issues

after my purchase of $165,000.00 of pgt predict I'm stupid k dealing with pgt instead of the retailer who should be more professional and helpful getting the job completed with no issues from their work
