Fake Amazon seller verified by Amazon

Amazon Payments Invoice - Order ID = TYM-738007

this transactiion was supposed to buy a trailer.

I followed the instructions in what appeared to be a valid Amazon seller who stated to use Amazon gift cards to purchase the item which was guaranteed, but which Amazon states was a false and misleading fake email not sent from them.
At the time I sent the following Amazon gift card numbers totaling 4 cards to the amazon payments email ([email protected]) THESE ARE THE CODES UNDER THE SCRATCH OFF AREA- AFTER THE DASH IS THE CARD NUMBER

I never received the trailer although I received multiple emails from the seller that the transaction was verified but never received the merchandise.
I contacted Amazon and they verified that the $2000.00 was transferred to the seller and even though it was a scam they could do nothing to recover the stolen money, even though they could see where the money went and the fact it was a scam and they could see that the scammer was using their trademark and copyright protected information to defraud people.
I contacted the FBI and reported the fraud.
I have contacted my local news action team as well.
I am 72, retired, now homless due to not getting the travel trailer and desperate to recover the stolen $2000.00. Please help me..

I want Amazon to find out who this fraudster is and recover the stolen money seeings as the fraud was commited yusing Amazon gift cards and the transaction went through their secure severs. This type of crime needs to be stopped and should be severly prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
