they suppose to help with my problem with the IRS, for the past three months nothing was happening, so i stop the balance of the payments. Now they have the nerve to ask for the balance of the payment for doing nothing. If they do not return my money then i will have to get a lawyer. I have so many complaints it will take about 10 pages.

Luis, I am dealing with the same thing. I have full details on ripoff report.com and BBB.
Realistically, we may never see our money back. If they haven't done anything for you by now they will come back with a stupid offer of pay $160 month or get you an PIC and eat up your 2600 than laugh your 2600 to the bank as they did my 3000.
Please go on the BBB, ripoff report, and contact the attorney general's office.
Palmer Financial has a very broad contract for "services rendered" but like in My case and I'm sure yours there is no benefit. I sent them multiple emails during the process if I didn't get 50% or lower settlement it made no sense for me to do this. They ignored it, got me 25% off, which ate up my profit.
