This started in 2014, I was looking for low cost land with acreage to rescue horses. Found this website with deals that was within a budget I could afford and fullfil a life long dream of mine. Site listed many pieces of land and some had make Offer. I made an offer and my dream became reality when my offer was accepted. Told seller many times I was coming so that he could meet up with me and show me my new land and exact location. He never contacted me only cashed my payment checks when he received them. For a year plus of payments I was searching the internet just to find more deals for my children and I found my land what I'd been paying on listed for sale. I asked him about it when I sent in next payment with questions as to the exact location of land. He said he didn't know it was listed and sent me the latitude and longitude information. I had been trying to sell my own home so I could finally move. Took a $30,000 loss on the only home I had and moved. Get there to find out that the property information he gave me doesn't exist on any mapping form be it by phone, internet, iPad, Desktop nodda thing. Also with the land I was buying from him, he never declared that there was a Prison in town right off the interstate. That in itself is not very forth coming of potential buyers, being deceitful in itself. I want my money back of $7,760. If I don't get it he'll end up paying a whole lot more.

In the matter of Kent Taylor of 1881.com Investment and complaintant a resolution between both parties has been excepted, and agreed upon and is in the process of being resolved. Updates pending once this issue has been settled in full.

I'm continuing with this matter against Mr Kent Taylor. We did trade off however according to county records online the listed land and county records indicates difference in acreage.

I'm now out out pocket travel costs × 2, hotel costs, wear and tear on my vehicle × 2, storage costs × 2 @ 3 months, mental destress and anguish, having to finally give up my pet,.

Total costs I'm out exceeds $6033.41 not counting all my out of pocket expenses listed above. Estimated around $8500. Can sue for 10×'s the total damage in Texas

I'm waiting on the legal documents to be drawn up and taking to the county court house so that Mr Kent Taylor can be served and have his day in court. We can do this the easy way of $6,000 returned to me or the hard way of over $10,000. in Court

Verdict: Apparently Kent Taylor Of 1881.com Investment does not look to be a keen person to resolve or settle an issues, it’s clearly depicted their business ethics.

With all classes legal and total hours taken for anything real estate I tend to believe this is not a mere coincidence of same Kent Taylor. Have to have a licence to sell any type of real estate no matter what state you live in.
