I purchased a Dazer II dog repeller, and I received an item entirely different. (I received an Organic, Nature Defense) item for other animals. I have tried to reach the sales people and it has been difficult because all they have is an automated feature, there is no customer service. I received the incorrect item on 9/9/16. I am requesting a refund. I refuse to pay any fees to return this item. Due the fact that it is the company's fault/ of whatever warehouse they just dropped it from. I have the item in its original packing, UPS packing and I need a lable to return the item. I am disputing this charge. Your response is vital. order #804056. This was an on line purchase.
