I ordered a free trial of trial of 2 products on 8/6/2016. I did not want to continue to receive the product. However, on 8/22/16 and 09/0716, this company and their counterpart NLPHealth hit my account for $92.95 and $ 92.99 . The number on the invoice was 888-660-3748 and my bank gave me 844-242-7661. I am on hold for 15 minutes and have been calling all day..There is a recording the phone hangs up. PLEASE HELP, I am retired and on a limited income. I cannot afford these charges. It is now 3:32 p.m. central time. I just had the worst conversation with someone named DAVE...he refused to listen to my request, told me I did not call and cancel because I did not have a concellation number. I told him I was cancelling my subscription now and ask for a cancellation confirmation...he said I didn't need one as it would be taken care of on his end...no, not the correct answer. I threatened to report the company to the Attorney Generals Office...amazingly, he then said I would only receive the $95.99 and $92.99 for the recent charges; however, the charges for August would not be refunded. My refund should be in my account in 2-3 days. I am truly am not expecting it, but I feel they should be refunded the full amount. I have learned a truly valuable lesson today.
