Started 3/10/2016. I was told that I won money. Mr. Black was my (and still is) contact person. He keeps telling me that I need to pay for all kinds of paper work. I pay he says he is comming over but I never see him and he never comes over with the money. I can 't believe I fell for this. He keeps telling me to pawn to get the money. I was stgupid and I did. He is always comming over but never shows up I did this for a reason. and I think he took advantage of it. I have a son in Washington DC who has had two transplants . A liver and a small intestine. It is very expensive for him and his wife to live near the hospital. 5000 a month. We had a fund raiser that will end Sept 30th. He says he is very concerned about my son azll he is doing is using this to his advantage. All I want is the money I gave him back so I can go to Washington to see him.
