My $160,000 Mercedes engine broke down with only 20,000 miles!!!! I took it to Mercedes Benz of Naples. After 3 days they told me I needed a brand new $60,000 engine. After calling the attorney generals office for a possible recall, Mercedes Benz of Naples changed their story and said the engine can be repaired. Hmmmm. They told me they would split the cost of repairs with me between $1500-$4000. After I agreed they changed their story AGAIN! It would now cost $15,000 to fix and they would no longer cover half. After speaking with federal trade commission about this injustice, Mercedes of Naples changed their story AGAIN! Now they would only charge me $5800. I decided an investigation into this dealership was a must before agreeing to anything. They then immediately told me they would begin charging me $50 a day in storage. How many other people have Naples Mercedes lied and defrauded and then bullied???? The people of Naples need to learn the true nature of their Mercedes dealership.
