Absolute SCAM. I ordered free trial and tried to return it after they charged my account for two products, when I only asked for the one bottle. I am pretty sure that I declined the eye serum. I called and they said the 10 day free trial, which should be put in big letters along with the advertisement, was to see if I had an allergic reaction. So I said if I did your company would not back a refund, they said NO. They offered me a 50% refund and that is all that they could do. I should have kept pressing but the Attorney General will be hearing about this. There are multiple products on the internet using celebrity clients...SCAM. Christie Brinkley was used for this one...I researched it and her name is actually on her products. How irritating to have companies trying to screw over the public. PISSED!!!!
