Last year we had Arron's roofing do the shingles on our flat roof. Then in July 2015 we asked him about redoing the flat part of our roof and how much would it cost. He agreed to do it with the help of a flat roof specialist for the amount of $4500. He asked for the FULL amount prior to doing the roof. We reluctantly gave him the money so he could purchase the materials. Then he kept cancelling dates that he was to do the roof with one excuse after another...ie, weather is bad, can't get enough workers, the flat roof guy isn't available. So by the start of September he said that he couldn't get anyone so we mutally decided that he wouldn't do our flat roof.
Then it came to the refund. He stalled, said that he couldn't refund us ALL our $4500 as the company he purchased the material from only refund so much of the money. Then after messages and texts over and over again, he agreed to refund our money less the amount he mentioned.
Well.....we are STILL waiting! He got very nasty and said for me to go ahead and take him to court....and this means WAR. Needless to say he will not answer my texts, my messages or phone messages. I even filed 2 complaints with the BBB and he never responded to them.
All I want is the money back for a job NOT done. And to top it off he hasn't come to fix shingles that are falling off and some warped....all under his so-called warranty.
This is gone on for a whole year and in my opinion he defrauded us of $4500 and has no intentions of giving it back.
